How are the panels glued to the wall?

We recommend using a thin-set mortar for large wall tiles and applying a double layer of adhesive. Construction adhesive (such as PL) can also be used for backsplashes.

Do the panels need to be cut to the right size?

No, wall panels, including backsplashes and wall tiles, are measured on-site and produced to the necessary dimensions.

Are the edges finished like the surface?

Terrazzo and concrete wall panels are designed to have finished edges that match the surface. This creates a clean and uniform appearance once the panels are installed.

Can I install this on a fireplace surround or behind an oven, will heat damage them?

Yes, our wall panels are heat-resistant and will not change color. However, direct contact with the flame is strongly discouraged.

We Clean

With Béton Multi Surfaces Detergent, a neutral pH soap, or with a very mild and well-diluted multi-surface cleaner.
Using a clean and soft cloth.

We Avoid

Acidic products, such as vinegar.
Abrasive cleaners, like Comet, Vim.
Strong products, for example, the magic eraser.
Descalers.
Dish soap, as it makes the finish matte and difficult to clean.

We Can

Reapply a sealer, but if these indications are followed, there will be no need to do so. Inquire for the right product, available at Béton Multi Surfaces.

Due to its nature, concrete and terrazzo may have imperfections that occur naturally and are integral characteristics of the material. These characteristics may include color or tone variations, exposed aggregate, irregular marks, and micro-cracks. Nevertheless, all these slight variations are intrinsic to the beauty of concrete and will not alter the functions or the strength of the material.

Samples may differ from the final product, and slight variations are to be expected.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects for 25 years.

The warranty does not apply if damages are caused by negligence, misuse, a natural disaster, or other cases beyond control.

The warranty does not cover scratches, micro-cracking, stains caused by the use of a non-recommended cleaning product or exposure to foods that require precautions, damages caused by an object left directly on the surface or stagnant water, cracking and chipping caused by impact, poor support, or improper installation.

Warpage is a normal and tolerable phenomenon.

BÉTON MULTI SURFACES is not responsible for costs and claims that may have been incurred due to the acquisition of an inadequate product for the building structure.
